We offer comprehensive secondment services for our Data Engineers from inside and outside the Netherlands and our clients. For candidates outside The Netherlands Dataforj assures that everything runs according to laws and regulations and that its candidates are in good hands.
Data Engineers form outside the EEA / EU need permission from the Dutch Immigration and Naturalization Services (IND) to work in the Netherlands. Dataforj can arrange within a short period of time a residence permit and if needed, a travel visa, for their Data Engineers, and if applicable for their accompanying family member(s), based on the Highly Skilled Migrant scheme. Dataforj takes care of the entire immigration process from A to Z and once the candidate is in the Netherlands we also take care of registering with the municipality, applying for a citizen service number and obtaining a bank number. On request we support the search for housing.
The 30% facility is a Dutch tax facility aimed at attracting foreign employees with a specific expertise to work in the Netherlands. After approval, the candidate is eligible for a tax-free allowance with a maximum of 30% of the basic salary. There are, however, conditions attached to it, such as a certain taxable wage and the candidate must have lived in the Netherlands more than 150 kilometers from the Dutch border in more than 16 of the 24 months before the first working day. Dataforj ensures that this arrangement is requested on time. Not only does the candidate benefit, the client also notices this in a reduction in the rate. After all, employee insurance does not have to be paid over the net part. Hiring a data engineer from outside the Netherlands is therefore also very attractive for clients.
We offer several services in the field of Dutch Taxes for our International Data Engineers. We try to unburden our Data Engineers as much as possible so that they can perform optimally on their assignment with our client.
For our data engineers we have made various collective agreements with leading Dutch healthcare insurers such as Zilveren Kruis, Holland Zorg, VGZ and CZ. Thanks to these collective agreements, they can take out health insurance as they wish at an attractive discount.
